I agree, but guess what... it's a heck of a lot less taxing on the brain.  There was a record that came out back-in-the-day called, "Cheaper to Keep Her"; when folks start/think about creepin' , they need to remember that.  I guess I don't understand the mentality.

I been all running after relationships and tryna figure ish out so I can be married one day, right?

I have really sat down and thought about WHY is this my drive - is it what *I* really want or am I trying to blend?????  Cause I've never followed the 'rules' in any other area of my life - why try so hard in this one?  and when I am in a dang relationship - I am miserable at some level - so umm - WHY keep chasing the dream that I ain't even dream???!!!!!

See girl, I applaud you!!!    Not everybody is meant to be married.  Many woman, as we mature, realize that though we may love being involved with someone on some level, we love our independence too and marriage is not conducive to our needs and wants.  Being married is not a joke.  There is no way to do if half azzed and have it work.  Either in or out.  If you know that a married lifestyle is not for you, why keep pushing?!  In time T, that may change for you but for now you being true to yourself is far more productive and will keep you far happier.   

Chile - you ain't tellin NO lies!!!!!  I'm actually FINALLY being true to ME and that's IT - heck, did the same thing with my career, being a single parent, my sense of style, my decision to have WLS, on and on. 

And then I consider my mom - she NEVER had a good relationship with a man - certainly not long term - that ish wasn't ever modeled to me, so how the heck I'm supposed to want that ish?  I'm almost just like my mom - single parent, making it happen - it's all good!!!!

I didn't get married until I was in my 50's,, and I'm loving every minute of it.
I wasn't ready in my 20's, 30's, or even 40's.   Eventhough we were "on and off"
from the time I was 13,, I wouldn't marry him until I was ready.  Everything happens
for a reason,, and it happens,,, when  it Needs to Happen.   If it's meant to be,, it 
will be.

My point exactly!  If you want to live the single life (do watcha like), then be single.  If you want to be married (committed to one person), then be married.  I don't get folks who want to be married but want to life the single life.

Who "wood' ever think that the Tiger would ever cheat?  I mean that "cat" just looks so wholesome right??  That goes to show, two things that will pull even the most righteous cats down:  1)the mean green and  2)p*ssy.

I mean having both is a heluva WIN WIN situation but, when it don't belong to you and you ain't posed to have it, just wait.....it'll eventually catch up with ya.  And when it DO....well you know.  Bill, Tiger, Michael, that New York Governor guy, etc, heck you name it.
